Update for 3/2/2011

-Added Dual Wield ability to the Ability appendix.
-Uploaded Ability Rank table.
-Added Timeless Artifacts to general Sylon setting.
-Added Weapons, Armor, Enhancers, Characterization, and a whole bunch of other stuff to Sylon: 2000 - 2010 AD setting.
-Added one picture to Sylon: 32 AD
-Added Sylonian Combat Pets but didn't detail them.
-Started fleshing out the Sylonian setting.

Update for 2/27/2011

-Added examples to Creation chapter
-Added Sylon setting, Earth setting, check them out!

Update 2/22/2011

-Updated the Level Table attached to Chapter 2. Previous version left out level 10, somehow. Added HP Bonus to the Level table.
